Who we are

Anova Viral (“we”, “our”) is a software-as-a-service that helps creators and businesses produce faceless videos and publish them to their own social media accounts — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook — through the official APIs of each platform. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password when you register.
• Platform connections: OAuth access tokens for the social accounts you choose to connect, stored encrypted. We receive basic profile info of those accounts (name, username, avatar) and publishing permissions.
• Content you produce: scripts, images, voice-overs and videos created in your workspace.
• Performance metrics: public statistics of your published content (views, likes, comments), fetched from the official APIs to show your dashboard.
• Basic service logs (errors, security events) to keep the service running.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: authenticate you, produce your content, publish to the accounts you authorized, and display your analytics. Billing, when applicable, is handled by a dedicated payment processor — we never see or store card numbers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties.
• We do not access data from other users of the connected platforms — only from the accounts you connect.
• We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not store passwords in plain text, and we never see your social media passwords — authentication runs through each platform’s official OAuth flow.

Storage & security

Data is stored on our servers with encryption for OAuth tokens, HTTPS everywhere, and access restricted to the service itself. Connected-platform tokens can be revoked by you at any time — from Anova Viral or from each platform’s security settings — and revocation invalidates them immediately.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your tokens and personal data within 48 hours (see Data Deletion). Content you already published on your own channels stays on those channels — it is yours.

Third-party platforms

Publishing runs through the official APIs of YouTube (Google LLC), Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and TikTok (TikTok Pte. Ltd.). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Your rights & changes

You can request a copy or the deletion of your data at any time by email. We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the app.
