Terms of Service

The service

Anova Viral provides tools to produce faceless videos (AI scripts, images, voice-over) and publish them to social media accounts owned and authorized by you, plus analytics of that content. We are an independent product: not affiliated with, or endorsed by, YouTube, TikTok, Meta or any platform.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Connect and publish only to accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.
• Comply with the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform.
• Do not re-upload or translate third-party content you don’t have rights to — Anova Viral is built for original, format-inspired content.
• No spam, deceptive, illegal or harmful content; no attempts to abuse, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or its platform integrations at risk.

Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. During early access, seats may be granted by invitation with introductory pricing. Prices may change with prior notice — never retroactively.

Your content & your channels

Everything you produce with Anova Viral is yours: scripts, images, videos and the channels they live on. You grant us only the technical permission needed to process and publish that content on your behalf. Disconnecting removes our access.

Platform APIs & availability

Publishing and analytics depend on third-party APIs that can change or limit features without notice (e.g., a platform pausing an endpoint). We’ll always offer the best available path, but we can’t guarantee the behavior of external platforms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for platform decisions (demonetization, strikes, reach) related to the content you choose to publish.

Termination & changes

You may delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect.
